Today, none appeared for the petitioner in the morning session. The matter was kept back. In the afternoon session, when the matter was called out, none appeared for the petitioner.

Shri Bhisikar, learned Advocate for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has not paid the arrears of maintenance.

It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the petition. The writ petition is, therefore, dismissed for want of prosecution.
