In so far as grant of interim relief is concerned, the interim relief that was already granted on 05/02/2016 in this writ petition has been directed to be continued. Hence no correction is called for in the order directing the parties to maintain status-quo as per ad interim order dated 05/02/2016.

In so far as correction of the name of respondent No.1 is concerned, the same is directed to be corrected as per the cause title in the writ petition. Necessary corrections be made in the order dated 07/06/2016 as well as in the order uploaded on server. Civil application is disposed of.
