DATED : NOVEMBER 26, 2019 Heard Mr.Ambilwade, learned counsel for applicant and Mr. Rode, learned A.P.P. for non applicantState. This is an application for regular bail. On 10.07.2018, this Court (Coram: Rohit B. Deo, J.) released the applicant on temporary bail on he furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/-. It was further directed that the applicant shall deposit the amount. Various affidavits are filed before this Court in respect of the payment made by the applicant in pursuance to the directions given on 10.07.2018. As per the prosecution case, it appears that there is a dispute about Rs.3,13,000/-. While releasing the applicant on temporary bail vide order dated 10.07.2018, applicant was directed to report to the Economic Offences Wing on every Saturday between 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 p.m. It is informed to this Court that the applicant has attended the Economic Offences Wing.

ba611.18.odt Be that as it may, the applicant was released on temporary bail on 10.07.2018 and till today, it is not the prosecution case that during this period the applicant tried to cause prejudice to the prosecution case and/or exercised any influence on any of the prosecution witnesses. The investigation is already over and charge-sheet is also filed. All the documents are also filed along with the charge-sheet. In that view of the matter, I pass following order.

ORDER

(i) The application is allowed.

(ii) Order dated 10.07.2018 is made absolute. The bail granted in favour of applicant-Bhushan s/o Nandkishor Charde in Crime No. 27/2017 registered with Police Station, Imamwada, Nagpur for an offence punishable under Section 406, 465, 467, 468, 471, 472, 473, 474, 420 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code is hereby confirmed. (iii) Applicant is directed to attend office of the Economic Offences Wing as and when required by the said Wing during the pendency of the trial.

The application is disposed of.
