This petition questions the legality and correctness of the notice inviting applications for Certificate Course dated 19.06.2019.

By the impugned notice, National Health Mission, Mumbai, Maharashtra had invited applications for a Certificate Programme in Community Health from willing and enthusiastic candidates and this programme was of the duration of six to eight months. The eligibility criteria for admission to this Certificate Programme was holding of Bachelors in Ayurvedic Medicine, Unani

2 W.P.No.4560.2019 Medicine or Bachelors in Nursing. Students with Bachelor degree in Homeopathic was not included in the Certificate Programme. The petitioners had sought direction regarding their inclusion in this Certificate Programme.

Now, Ms Mehta, learned A.G.P. makes a statement, on instructions, that this Certificate Programme for which applications were invited by the impugned notice has now been completed. The statement is accepted and accordingly, we find that this petition has been rendered infructuous and it is disposed of accordingly. No costs. JUDGE JUDGE Kirtak
