CHANDURKAR, JJ DATED : February 05, 2015 Matter was called out on 29/01/2015 and as learned counsel representing petitioners are no more, we were about to adjourn the matter for taking appropriate steps. However, then our attention was invited to prayer clauses to show that petition may have become infructuous. Those prayer clauses are as under : (i) Direct the respondents 1 to 4 to complete the sports complex scheme sanctioned under MPLAD within a specified reasonable time;

(ii) To grant interim relief directing that respondent No.3 not to divert the funds or change of site or refund the amount to respondent No.2.

In order to enable learned AGP to obtain instructions, we kept the matter today. Today on instructions, learned AGP submits that work of sports complex sanctioned under MPLAD is already completed.

2 204-WP-2401-98 In view of this statement, it is apparent that challenge is rendered infructuous. Accordingly, we dispose of writ petition as infructuous. No order as to costs.
