There is a mistake which has occurred in the order dated 15.09.2021, which appears to be result of a misunderstanding and it needs to be corrected. Accordingly in paragraph No.6 the words, "a scheme for giving of flying training at Nagpur Flying Club of Air Wing "C" certificate which would be for about 20 flying hours for all the selected students" be substituted by the words "a scheme for giving flying training to all Flying Clubs in India with Air Wing 'C' Certificate, for the requisite hours to the selected students".

Necessary corrections be made accordingly.

The application is disposed of.

W. P. NO. 59 OF 2021 & W. P. NO. 3761 OF 2020 The petitioners shall remove the office objections on or before next date, failing which, the petitions shall stand dismissed without reference to this Court. P.I.L. NO. 13 OF 2016, W. P. NO. 59 OF 2021 & W. P.
