Heard.

The applicant, apprehending arrest in crime registered against him for the offence punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code has sought pre-arrest bail. The crime is registered on the accusations that at his instance sand worth Rs.4,000/- was illegally taken away in the trolley of his tractor.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has pointed out that earlier four crimes for various offences of similar nature are registered. In paragraph 7 of the application the applicant has pointed out that only one crime is registered against him in 2013 and has not pointed out that three more crimes are registered against him. According to the Investigating Agency, the investigation is in progress and custodial interrogation of the applicant is required. In the facts, I am not inclined to grant prayer made in the application. The application is dismissed.

2 aba468.17 The applicant shall surrender within one week, failing which his conduct shall be taken note of at all stages of the proceedings.
