Ultimately, vide order dated 17-6-2019 this Court directed that if the paper-book is not filed within four weeks, the appellant shall deposit costs of Rs.2,000/- with the High Court Bar Association, Nagpur.

The appellant has not filed the paper-book nor are the costs deposited.

The appellant is abusing the process of law. In exercise of inherent power I dismiss the appeal with costs of Rs.10,000/- to be deposited by the appellant with the High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Nagpur. If any application for restoration is moved, the Registry shall ensure that the direction to pay costs is complied with. JUDGE adgokar
