Present application is filed by the applicant - wife for seeking transfer of the matrimonial proceedings bearing Petition No.A-135 of 2020 pending in the Family Court, Aurangabad to the Family Court at Amravati.

During pendency of this application and during pending of matrimonial proceedings between the parties, the parties arrived at a settlement amicably.

In view of the settlement, the applicant - wife does not want to proceed with this application and seeking permission for withdrawal of the same.

In view of the statement made by Mr Wakode, learned Advocate for applicant, permission is granted to withdraw the application.
