In absence of there being any written threat of dispossession, the allegations made in the petition about threat of dispossession particularly in paragraph 30 are too vague to accept such threat. Hence for the purpose of adjudicating the claim of the petitioner of unlawful threat of dispossession, we see no reason to cause interference. 3.

The writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Court in case the petitioner is served with the notice of dispossession or of any other similar action. 4.

No costs.
