This is an application for condonation of delay in filing review application.

This Court in Civil Application (CAO) No.21/2021 in Misc. Civil Application (St.) No.5757/2020 in Writ Petition No.7009/2019 has taken a view that for condonation of delay in filing review application there is no need to file separate application for condonation of delay and a factum of delay can be considered at the time of entertaining review application.

In view of the judgment by this Court, the Civil Application stands disposed of.

It is made clear that the delay, if any, in filing review application shall be considered at the time of entertaining application for review.
