No role has been attributed to this applicant in the first information report that is filed against him. No weapon has been recovered from this applicant. It is submitted on behalf of the applicant that no blood stains have been found on the clothes seized from this applicant. The charge-sheet has been filed.

In the circumstances, now, the applicant would be entitled to be released on bail. Hence, the order. The application is allowed.

The applicant be released on bail on his executing a P. R. Bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- together with one solvent surety in the like amount on the conditions that he shall attend the Court regularly on the dates fixed in the matter, shall cooperate the Court in expeditious disposal of the matter and shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.
