DATE : April 15, 2016 Prayer is to grant stay to the execution and operation of the order passed by the Trial Court in proceedings under Section 30 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894.

On 02/04/2016 time was sought on behalf of respondent Nos.8 to 13 to file reply. However no reply has been filed. The application is opposed by the learned counsel for the respondent Nos.8 to 13 on the ground that the Trial Court has passed the order after considering the entire evidence. As the appeal has been admitted and the order directs distribution of compensation, the ad interim order granted on 01/12/2015 shall operate as interim order during pendency of the appeal.
