Today, learned counsel for the applicants placed on record a Pursis dated 05/01/2026, stating that legal notice was issued to the applicants by Registered Post with Acknowledgment Due. However, the same has been returned back unserved with remark of Postal Department stating that "applicants have left the address on which the notice was issued to them".

The said Pursis is taken on record. From the conduct of applicants, it is clear that they are not interested in prosecuting the present application.

In the circumstances, Mr. R.D. Karode, learned counsel for the applicants is discharged from the present matter. 6.
