DATED : 06.01.2020 The appellants have challenged the judgment and decree passed by the Family Court, dismissing the claim of the appellants for maintenance, finding that the appellant no.1 is not legally wedded wife of the respondent and the appellant No.2 is not the son of the respondent.

The appeal was earlier dismissed for want of prosecution by order dated 10.06.2015, however it came to be restored. None appeared for the appellants on 02.01.2020. Today, also none appears for the appellants. It appears that the appellants are not interested in prosecuting the appeal. 3.

Hence, the appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution.

Learned advocate for the respondent shall not hand over the papers to the respondent for three months. JUDGE JUDGE RKN
