Civil Application 1685/2022.

The learned Counsel, who is on record for respondents 4 and 5, is seeking discharge on the ground that his clients are not instructing him and despite he having issued notices on the addresses mentioned in the petition, there is no contact. It is stated that while the notice is received by respondent 5, notice of respondent 4 is returned back for want of address.

For reasons stated, we allow the application and discharge the learned Counsel Mr. A.M. Ghare.
