O R D E R

(DATE: 8 th SEPTEMBER, 2018) The appellant No.1 - Shivkanti wd/o Shivkumar Dhurve for herself and as the guardian of minor appellant Nos.2 and 3 with her Counsel Ms. Monali Pathade and Shri Rakesh Sachdeva, Regional Manager of respondent No.2 are present.

Both the parties have settled their claim at Rs.4,00,000/- [Rupees Four Lakh only] as per the terms of compromise in addition to the amount of Award. The compromise verified and found to be correct. The appellant Nos.1 to 3 shall receive one third share each in the amount of compensation. The share of minor appellant No.2 - Vishakha be kept in fixed deposit in Nationalized Bank initially for a period of three years which is to be renewed every after three years till she attains the age of majority. Quarterly interest on the fixed deposit be paid to appellant No.1 for the maintenance of minor appellant No.2.

Award be drawn in aforesaid terms.

Appeal along with civil application stand disposed of. Court fees be refunded as per rules.
