The non-compliance of the order dated 29/01/2019 in Public Interest Litigation No.33/2018 is alleged in this petition.

By the aforesaid order, the respondent has been directed to take a decision in respect of the revision of minimum wages of Residuary Factory Scheduled Employment, as per the provisions of the Minimum Wages Act and other relevant Rules, in accordance with law. 3.
