Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. 2.

Mr. Chouhan, learned Government Pleader/Senior Advocate fairly conceded that the order under challenge is rendered without hearing the petitioner.

In that view of the matter, the order impugned dated 06.06.2025 is hereby quashed and set aside.

We direct the respondent Collector to offer necessary opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and thereafter pass an appropriate order in accordance with law.

For that purpose, the petitioner is permitted to appear before the respondent - Collector on 30.06.2025.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
