Perused the affidavit filed by the applicants pursuant to the order dated 09.07.2018.

2] In view of the said affidavit criminal application shall have to be allowed.

3] In the event of arrest in Crime 148/2018 registered with the Police Station Jalalkheda, District Nagpur, for the offence punishable under sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code, the applicant shall be released on bail on their furnishing personal bond of Rs.15,000/- each with a solvent surety of the like amount. [a] The applicants shall attend Police Station Jalalkheda, District Nagpur as and when required by the Investigating Officer and shall
