Present application is filed for correction in the name of respondent no.1. As per Aadhar Card, his name is "Habib Kha Gaujdar Kha Pathan" however, his name is shown as "Habibkha Gaujdarkha". Application is filed along with affidavit and copy of Aadhar card. 2.

As such, corrections to be made in Reference and First Appeal in the name of respondent no.1. 3.

Respondent no.1 to carry out amendment in Reference; whereas the appellant - VIDC to correct the name of respondent no.1 in the First Appeal. Both the amendments to be carried out within two weeks. 4.

After amendment is carried out, Registry is directed to disburse the amount in the correct name of respondent no.1.
