DATED : 31/07/2019 Accepting the explanation given in the application and the submission made by the learned advocate for the petitioner that demand draft for 50% of the amount i.e. Rs. 1,80,000/- is ready and can be deposited within a week, the petitioner is permitted to deposit the demand draft within one week.

The civil application is allowed accordingly. WRIT PETITION NO. 2982/2019 The petitioner had filed appeal but on noticing that the appeal does not lie against the impugned order, had sought leave to convert the appeal into writ petition which was granted by the order dated 03/04/2019. Now, the petitioner prays that he be permitted to substitute paperbook by fresh memorandum of writ petition.
