By this writ petition, the petitioner has sought the implementation of the order of the Deputy Director of Education dated 16.03.2017.

It appears that the said order was challenged by the education society in Writ Petition No.4278 of 2017 and the order of which the petitioner seeks the implementation, was quashed and set aside by the order dated 24.11.2017. Since the order dated 16.03.2017 is set aside, there is no question of implementation of the same.

Hence, we dispose of this writ petition with no order as to costs.
