By this petition, the petitioner, member of the Gram Panchayat Korpana, has sought a direction to the Zilla Parishad and the Panchayat Samiti to decide the complaint made by the petitioner in regard to the correctness or otherwise of the resolution passed by the Gram Panchayat for shifting of the liquor shop of the respondent No.6 to village Korpana.
Shri Chaudhari, the learned counsel for the respondent No.6, states on the basis of the affidavit-in-reply that the respondent No.6 is not desirous of shifting his shop from Lonwahi to Korpana and it is stated that the respondent No.6 is desirous of running the shop of Lonwahi only. In view of the statement made on behalf of the respondent No.6, the cause for filing the writ petition would not survive. The writ petition is disposed of with no order as to costs.
