After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner for some time, I expressed disinclination to interfere with the interim order of payment of maintenance of Rs.8000/- (Rupees Eight Thousand) per month to the wife, which order is rendered in HMP 168/2018 instituted by the petitioner - husband seeking annulment of marriage. 2.

At this stage, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought liberty to withdraw the petition. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
