The grievance of the petitioner as raised in this writ petition is with regard to implementation of the Ramai Awas Gharkul Yojana in a manner contrary to law. According to the petitioner by moving an application under the said scheme one Shri Pramod Dupare obtained benefit and while undertaking construction thereof, same has been made by encroaching the land of the petitioner. The petitioner has made representations
30-WP-5257-21 2/2 to the Collector as well as Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Wardha on 22/06/2020 but the same have not been adjudicated upon.
In the light of the fact that such representations are made and the same deserve consideration, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Wardha to consider the representation dated 22/06/2020 made by the petitioner and take a decision thereon in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the production of this order. The decision taken be communicated to the petitioner accordingly.
With these directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
