According to the petitioners, the amount deposited by them as per the order passed by this Court on 19.06.2018 is towards difference of wages claimed by the respondent No. 1. It is submitted that the amount of provident fund and bonus is paid to the respondent No.1. Accepting the submission made on behalf of the petitioners and considering the nature of controversy, the prayer made in this application for withdrawal of the amount is rejected.
