For the reasons stated in the application, the respondents are permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs. 23,34,470/- deposited by the petitioner with the registry of this Court, alongwith interest, if any. The amount be disbursed as per the arrangement referred in para no. 7 of the civil application.

The civil application is allowed accordingly. At this stage, the advocate for the original petitioner submits that nothing survives in the execution proceedings and same may be disposed by passing appropriate orders.

2 caw1733.19 The original petitioner - UCO Bank shall place copy of this order before the executing Court and if the present respondents fail to appear before the executing Court on the next date, the executing Court shall pass appropriate orders considering that the amount of Rs. 23,34,470/- is already deposited by the UCO Bank and is withdrawn by the respondents.
