This is an application moved by the applicants/appellants for permission to serve newly added respondent Nos. 1(a) to 1(d) by private mode of service and E-mail on the E-mail addresses provided in the application. It is pointed out that the respondent Nos.1(a) to 1(d) are residents of Canada and looking to the urgency involved in the matter, permission is sought to serve by private mode and by E-mail.

In view of the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed.

The appellants are permitted to serve the newly added respondent Nos.1(a) to 1(d) by private mode of service and by E-mail, in addition to regular mode of service.
