Heard. Seen the pursis filed by Mr.V.V.Bhangde, learned Counsel for the petitioner on 9.1.2015 vide Stamp No.276 of 2015.
The said pursis shows that, vide communication dt.28.7.2013, listing of matter for final hearing was attempted to be communicated to the petitioner. That letter sent by Registered Post A/D. is received back by the Office of the learned Counsel with an endorsement that the petitioner is no more.
In view of the pursis, we dispose of the Writ Petition as 'abated'.
