Prayer made is to direct respondent No. 3 Additional Commissioner, Tribal Development Department, Amravati to grant 1st and 2nd benefit of Assured Carrier Progress Scheme (ACPS) to petitioners. The petitioners further states that the issue is covered by the judgment dated 2.12.2013, passed in Writ Petition No. 7256/2011. 3.

In view of the aforesaid background, we direct respondent No. 3 to treat this petition as representation of the petitioners and decide the issue in light of judgment and order passed on 2.12.2013, in Writ Petition 7256/2011, within ten weeks from today.
