DATE : 29th SEPTEMBER, 2022 These are applications filed on behalf of the original petitioners, in the light of dismissal of the writ petition due to non-removal of office objections. It appears that by an order of the Registrar dated 08/10/2018, the petition stood dismissed as office objections could not be removed.

The applicants have stated in the application that they are poor ladies, who are illiterate and they were not properly informed about the developments pertaining to the said petition by the then counsel. There has been change in counsel.

Hence, for the reasons stated in the applications, the same are allowed. Delay is condoned and the application for restoration is granted. The restoration of the writ petition is MP Deshpande
