The statement is accepted and the petition is disposed of since the dispute is amicably settled. 3.
The respondent has already withdrawn 50% of the amount of Rs. 20,75,000/- (Rupees Twenty Lacs Seventy Five Thousand) deposited by the petitioners in this Court.

The parties agree that the remaining 50% amount can be withdrawn by the respondent.
5.
