By this writ petition, the petitioner challenges the order of transfer, dated 15.6.2016, transferring the petitioner, who was working as a Peon in Kamptee Polytechnic, Kamptee to the College of Pharmacy at Bhandara.
We are not inclined to entertain the writ petition against the transfer order. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner is getting meager salary of Rs.4,500/- per month and it would not be possible for the petitioner to survive at Bhandara with such less salary. It is stated that it is not mentioned in the transfer order that it is made on administrative ground. The aforesaid grounds are not enough for effectively challenging the transfer order. It would not be necessary to mention in each and every transfer order that the transfer is effected in view of the administrative exigencies. Also, if the petitioner is receiving meager salary and the petitioner is not able to survive with the said salary, the petitioner has other remedy. However, this cannot be a ground for challenging the transfer order. Since there is no merit in the writ petition, we dismiss the same, with no order as to costs.
