After going through the nature of dispute and the grievance raised in this petition, we are of the view that, this is a service matter. It is a settled law that PIL in the service mater is not maintainable.

In that view of the matter, we are not inclined to entertain this writ petition. Accordingly, it is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy as available under the law.
