DATED : September 11, 2019 Shri S.G.Malode, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the education expenses of the minor child for the current academic year have been paid by the respondent. He submits that since the respondent had undertaken to bear the education expenses of the minor child, it is expected that said undertaking would be complied with even in the next academic year.

Shri U.M.Aurangabadkar, learned counsel for the respondent submits that the respondent would take all steps to abide by the undertaking already recorded in the order/judgment dated 25.10.2016. In that view of the matter, it is not necessary to keep the present proceedings pending. The same are accordingly disposed of. JUDGE Andurkar.
