12/09/ The present appeal is filed, being aggrieved by the order passed by the learned I/c Additional Sessions Judge, Link Court, Mangrulpir in Misc. Criminal Application No.209/2022 dated 20/07/2022. 2.

The learned Counsel for the appellant pointed out that there is 'Release_UTRC@75' a Campaign for the Release of Prisoners by the Under Trial Review Committees to commemorate the 75th Independence Day in India.

In view of the scheme, the name of appellant appears to be in the list prepared by the District Legal Aid Committee, Washim.

In view thereof, he seeks permission to withdraw the present appeal and to file bail application afresh before the learned Sessions Judge, Link Court, Mangrulpir.

Learned Counsel for the respondent No.2

2 24 appeal 488-2022 objected for the same.

In view of the scheme, I am satisfied that he can apply to the learned Sessions Judge, Link Court, Mangrulpir afresh for grant of bail within category 15 of the said scheme. However, the learned Sessions Judge, Link Court, Mangrulpir to evaluate the facts and decide the application filed by the appellant afresh without influenced by the observations made above.

The appeal stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as above.
