Heard Shri D.N. Kukday, learned Counsel for applicant-insurance company, who has prayed for stay to the effect and operation of judgment and award, dated 07/03/2017 passed in M.A.C.P. No.222/2013 by learned Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Amravati, contending that as per the order of this Court, dated 12/10/2017, entire decretal amount of compensation has been deposited.

Record reveals that vide order dated 12/10/2017, this Court has granted stay to the effect and operation of the impugned award subject to appellant depositing entire decretal amount within six weeks. OfÏce note reveals that an amount of

In view of the facts as aforesaid, interim stay granted on 12/10/2017 stands confirmed pending the appeal.

Civil application is disposed of as allowed.
