Considering the relief claimed in the petition, we direct the respondent no. 2 - Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Buldhana, before whom the proposal submitted by the petitioner no.2 with regard to grant of approval to the transfer of the petitioner no.3 is pending consideration, to decide the same within a period of eight weeks from the date of appearance of the petitioners before it. For that purpose, we direct the petitioners to appear before the respondent no.2 on 28.07.2025.

With these directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. No order as to costs.
