On 27-6-2017, the bailable warrant was issued to secure the presence of the Secretary of the Gram Panchayat. By the present application, it is prayed that the said bailable warrant be recalled as the said Secretary could not attend this Court on said date on account of bonafide reasons. It is further stated that the affidavit in that regard has also been filed on record.

In view of aforesaid, the application is allowed. The bailable warrant issued on 27-6-2017 stands recalled. Civil application is disposed of.
