By this application, the applicant is seeking modification of order dated 09.10.2020 passed by this Court, wherein, considering specific allegation made against an individual, the said individual is directed to be added as a party respondent.

In this application, the applicant has specifically stated that he is giving up the allegation made against the said individual in paragraph 15 of the petition and that therefore, the order may be Prity

Considering the aforesaid contention raised in the application, the same is allowed. 4.

Accordingly, the order dated 09.10.2020 is modified to the extent that the direction to add the specific person as respondent is deleted, in the light of fact that the petitioner is withdrawing the allegations made against the said individual. 5.

Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
