Mr. Mishra, learned counsel for the appellant submits that during the pendency of the present appeal under Section 14-A of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, the trial has already commenced and present appellant appeared before the Court below and obtained regular bail. Hence, he is not pressing the present appeal.

In view of above, appeal is disposed of as not pressed.
