This is an application filed on behalf of the applicant/respondent for grant of early hearing of the appeal. 2.

The present appeal is of the year 2009. This Court is already taking appeals of the years 2007 and 2008 for final hearing.

In that view of the matter, the present application is allowed. Registry is directed to place the present appeal for final hearing in the Final Hearing Board as per its seniority. 5.

The civil application stands disposed of accordingly.
