Upon mentioning by the learned Advocate for the petitioner, she points out that there is marriage in the house of the petitioner i.e. the elder brother of the petitioner is getting married on 10.07.2024. However, his application for emergency parole has not been decided yet and, therefore, the petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the application of the petitioner. 2.

Learned A.P.P. after waiving notice for the respondents confirms that said application is pending. It has been sent for police verification and the report is not yet received. After the receipt of the police verification, the application would be decided.

Taking into consideration the fact that the application is said to be pending since 21.06.2024 and taking into consideration the ground i.e. marriage in the family, the decision should be taken on the application well within the time. Therefore, we direct the respondents to pass the final order on or before 08.07.2024 and the

With these observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.
