The grievance is that the names of the petitioners, who are claimed to be qualified have not been included in the final voter's list for elections to the Agricultural Produce Marketing Committee, Nagpur. The final voter's list was published on 7.9.2021 and the last date of acceptance of nomination, according to the learned Counsel for the petitioners was on 26.9.2021. Much water has flown and position is now irreversible, in view of which, I am not inclined to exercise my discretion under Article 227 Constitution of India to interfere in the election process which has already commenced. 3.
The petition, is therefore, dismissed.

Needless to mention that any grievance, which the petitioners may have, can be aired by them in appropriate proceedings, after the election process is over.
