It appears that Criminal Application (APPR) No.243 of 2022 is also pending, which is filed by the nonapplicant for directions to the applicant for depositing the amount received by the applicant-complainant as per the judgment and order of the learned trial Court. However, the applicant has already deposited the said amount, which the non-applicant wants to withdraw.

As such, the aforesaid Criminal Application stands disposed of.
