DATE : February 12, 2021 This contempt petition was filed alleging non-compliance of the judgment dated 13/04/2018 in Writ Petition No. 1562/2004 with connected writ petitions. The aggrieved parties in the meanwhile had approached the Honourable Supreme Court and in Civil Appeal No.10396/2018 the judgment of the High Court came to be modified. Considering the nature of the modification ordered by the Honourable Supreme Court if the petitioners find that there is noncompliance of the judgment of the Honourable Supreme Court they are free to approach the Honourable Supreme Court in that regard.

In that view of the matter this contempt petition is disposed of.
