DATED : DECEMBER 13, 2019 The applicant is the tenant and the respondent is the landlord. The facts in the present Revision Application are identical to those in Civil Revision Application No.126 of 2019, except for the fact that the present Revision Application concerns separate suit premises and the tenant is a different person. The contentions raised by the parties are identical to those raised in Civil Revision Application No.126/2019.

Hence, for the reasons stated in the order dismissing Civil Revision Application No.126/2019, the present Civil Revision Application is also dismissed and the decree granted against the Applicant is confirmed. 3.
At this stage, a request is made on behalf of the petitioner for grant of reasonable time for vacating the premises. The same is opposed by the respondent.

Needless to say, the petitioner shall not create any third party interest in the suit property, till handing over vacant and peaceful possession to the respondent within the aforesaid period of time. JUDGE MP Deshpande
