DATED : 15 JULY, 2016 Heard learned Counsel for the applicant and the learned A.P.P. for the State, who has waived service of notice for respondent Nos. 1 and 2. Learned A.P.P. has sought time to file reply. It is granted.

Meanwhile, having regard to the contention that this applicant is also similarly situated as the applicant in Criminal Application (ABA) No. 437 of 2016 (Umakant Mendhe Vs. The State of Maharashtra), there shall be interim relief to the applicant. Hence, the order.

It is directed that in the event of arrest of the applicant-Harshad Prabhakar Chikhale in Crime No.91/16 registered with

1507aba458.16.odt 2/2 Police Station, Imambada, Nagpur for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 465, 467, 468, 471, 420 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, the applicant be released on bail on his furnishing a P. R. Bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with one solvent surety in the like amount on the conditions that he shall attend the concerned police station every day in between 11.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m., starting from 18/7/2016, shall cooperate with the police in the investigation and shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.

This order to remain valid until further orders.

Stand over to 22/7/2016.

In view of the above order, Criminal Application No. 910 of 2016 stands disposed of accordingly.
