The present application is for speaking to minutes. This Court vide judgment dated 17.03.2023, awarded the compensation to the petitioners, but order as to the apportionment was not passed.

Learned Counsel for the respondent has also present. He has no objection to apportion the amount. 3.

In view of that amount of Rs.4,00,000 (Rs.Four Lakh) with accrued interest, out of compensation amount be disbursed to the petitioner No.1 Smt. Gokarna wd/o Balaji Borkar wife of the deceased. 4.

An amount of Rs.1,00,000/- (One Lakh) each be deposited in the fixed deposit in any Nationalized Bank in the name of petitioner No.(2) Ankita Balaji Borkar and No.(3) Seema Balaji Borkar. 5.

An amount of Rs.1,00,000 (One Lakh) each be disbursed to the respondent No.(4) Shri Gyanoji S/o

(2) 2.caf.1862.2023 Kachraji Borkar and (5) Smt. Suryakanta w/o Gyanoji Borkar.
